We Are So Glad You Stopped By..

This page has several of opportunities for you to learn and connect with this community. While we are located in the greater-Dallas, Texas, area, we have viewers from all over the country and even the world. We use Facebook Live, Zoom and other tools that are available to you for group connection and belonging. We want you to know that you are welcome here and we look forward to growing in faith with you.

What Should You Expect?

  • We are a multi-generational church with a growing number of young families

  • Some of us grew up Methodist or with a liturgical background but many of us did not - there are a lot of #exvangelicals here who are in the midst of deconstructing and reconstructing their faith. Many of them attend our Room 2 Sunday School Class.  Click Here to view all of our adult classes & groups.

  • We are an LGBTQ+ affirming congregation. Our altar is open to all weddings.

  • People dress how they are comfortable for our Worship Services ranging from casual to business casual (some of our older members are more comfortable in suits but you won’t see a lot of them).

  • We are forward-leaning in our theology and service-minded. Learn more about what we believe and practice here

  • Membership is important to us as a part of discipleship but if you just need a place to come and be for a while, you are very welcome. Feel free to come sit in or watch a worship service, come to a workshop, a zoom group, volunteer or just find a place to heal if you need it. We know many people have been hurt by churches and we hope we will be a healing place and a comfortable place for everyone.

  • Childcare is typically available during worship and many of our activities. We encourage children to sit in church with their parents, we even have activity pads for your kids available in our lobby.

  • We care a lot about Richardson and the Greater Dallas area.  We work with a number of ministries and social programs specifically around social justice issues.
