Feed Your Purpose: Intuitive Eating as a Spiritual Practice
How might your relationship with food become a pathway to greater wholeness, healing, and spiritual growth?
Join Arapaho UMC member and licensed clinical social worker Sandi Morse, LCSW, for a two-week discussion of her new book, Feed Your Purpose: Intuitive Eating as a Spiritual Practice. Together, you'll explore how intuitive eating can become more than a wellness practice, offering a compassionate and faith-filled approach to caring for both body and spirit.
The group will meet for two Tuesdays, beginning September 15, from 7:00–8:30 pm. Through conversation and reflection, Sandi will guide participants through the key themes and practices of the book, creating space for questions, personal insight, and meaningful discussion.
Copies of Feed Your Purpose are available through most major booksellers or can be purchased directly from the author at feedyourpurpose.com.
Whether you're familiar with intuitive eating or simply curious about integrating faith and well-being in a new way, you're warmly invited to join us.
