In 2016, two separate organizations, Hope’s Door and New Beginning Center, merged together to form one agency. Services are provided to their clients at no charge. Hope’s Door provides hope and healing to victims of domestic violence and their children. In 2017, their crisis advocates answered 5,854 calls to their emergency hotline and they had 470 adults and children in residence at their emergency shelters over the year. Once those individuals were ready to move to their own place they assisted 150 families through their transitional housing program. 

Hope's Door Video, Hope's Door is a shelter and counseling center that offers comprehensive programs and services that are designed to help break the cycle of domestic violence. Hope's Door provides direct intervention and prevention services to Texas families affected by domestic violence in Collin County, Dallas County, and surrounding areas.
