Do you have a family member who is feathered, furry or fluffy? You're invited to bring your friendly pets to the Pumpkin Patch on October 9, at 3:00 pm to receive a special blessing and treat. While Methodists don't recognize formal sainthood like other church traditions, we do conduct an annual "Blessing of the Animals," in recognition of Francis of Assisi's dedication and love for all creatures - animals and human alike. Bring your pet to the north lawn, and we'll have a short devotional and then start blessing!
