Celebrate 60 Years of Arapaho UMC
For six decades, Arapaho United Methodist Church has been a place where lives have been transformed, friendships have been formed, and God's love has been shared with our community. We hope you'll be part of a special evening as we celebrate this remarkable milestone together.
Join us on Saturday, September 12, from 5:00–8:00 pm for an evening of celebration, storytelling, and gratitude as we honor 60 years of ministry and look with hope toward the future.
The evening will begin with a special conversation featuring current and former Arapaho pastors Rev. Jack Soper, Rev. Dr. Blair Thompson, Rev. Scott Gilliland, and Rev. Jonathan Perry, who will share memories, reflections, and stories from their time serving our congregation. Whether you've been part of Arapaho for decades or are newer to our church family, this will be a meaningful opportunity to hear how God has been at work throughout our history.
Following the program in the Sanctuary, we'll gather for a celebratory dinner featuring delicious food, opportunities to reconnect with old friends and make new ones, and a few special surprises as we commemorate this important anniversary in the Fellowship Hall.
This is an evening for the whole church family. Childcare will be provided, so parents can fully enjoy the celebration, and we encourage everyone—from longtime members to first-time visitors—to join us.
Come celebrate where we've been, give thanks for where we are, and dream together about the future God is calling us to create.
