Who are you? When you've asked yourself this question what have you heard? More than any other tool the Enneagram will help you come to terms with what is behind this question. On October 18-19, join acclaimed author and Enneagram Master Teacher Christopher Heuertz at Arapaho United Methodist Church for a Friday night "Know Your Number" Session and/or a Saturday "Excavating Essence" Workshop.

Over the course of the weekend, Chris will provide a rare introduction to the Enneagram’s Instincts and Subtypes, an advanced elaboration of the Enneagram’s Passions and Fixations, and some of the most accessible material on the Enneagram’s Virtues and Holy Ideas.

This workshop will be more of a discussion than a teaching. We hope you’ll come ready to engage with questions, wrestle with frustrations, and ponder the graces of this ancient wisdom tool.

About Chris Heuertz

IMG_2291small.jpg

Chris has spent his life bearing witness to the possibility of hope among a world that has legitimate reasons to question God’s goodness. Chris has taught the Enneagram all over the world (in places like Morocco, Thailand, South Africa, Indonesia, and New Zealand) and is the author of  The Sacred Enneagram: Finding Your Unique Path to Spiritual Growth.

Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Chris studied at Asbury University in Kentucky before moving to India where he was mentored by Mother Teresa for three years. While living in India, he helped launch South Asia’s first pediatric AIDS care home, creating a safe haven for children.

In 2012 Chris and his wife Phileena launched Gravity, a Center for Contemplative Activism.

Named one of Outreach magazine’s “30 Emerging Influencers Reshaping Leadership,” Chris is a curator of unlikely friendships, an instigator for good, a champion of collaboration, and a witness to hope, Chris fights for a renewal of contemplative activism.

About The Book

2WZ7DQAAQBAJ.jpeg

The Sacred Enneagram is a trustworthy, richly insightful guide to finding yourself in the enneagram’s 9-type profiles, and applying this practical wisdom to transform your life. Far more than a personality test, author Chris Heuertz writes, the enneagram is a sacred map to the soul. The enneagram offers a bright path to cutting through the internal clutter and finding our way back to God and to our true identity as God created us.

Praise for “The Sacred Enneagram”

Chris Heuertz, my dear friend and confidante, has gone on his own journey of transformation, and I am most happy to recommend his excellent book on the Enneagram to you. In its pages you will find excellent content, many new insights, and the compassion that genuine spirituality always provides—which I know Chris lives personally and now hands on to you.

- Father Richard Rohr O.F.M

"The book you hold in your hands is more powerful than you know, more illuminating than you assume, more transformative than you imagine. If you are weak-kneed or faint of heart, drop it and run. If you’re happily complacent or content to live on autopilot, turn back now. Because this book will change the way you see everything. The Sacred Enneagram is not a just book about an ancient personality framework with a funny name. It is a roadmap to self-understanding written by one of the great spiritual practitioners of my generation. Read it now and you can thank me later."
