The Missions Fund allows Arapaho United Methodist Church to answer God’s call to care for our neighbors in greatest need. We recognize the impact we make is greater together. The Missions Fund brings us together to financially support our church’s mission and outreach partners who are most effectively serving our communities.
Please consider making a donation. Our partner agencies are doing great work in our community and beyond and together we can make a meaningful difference.

You can place check in the offering plate any Sunday and mark “Missions Fund” in the memo line or donate online. You can also add a donation to the Missions Fund as part of your regular giving taken automatically out of your checking account.

Missions Mission and Outreach Fund FAQs
How are the funded organizations chosen?
The Missions Fund Committee chooses organizations based on several criteria, including:
– Impact on individuals, both givers and receivers
– Alignment with Arapaho’s strategic areas of focus
– History/affiliation with Arapaho
– Efficiency/effectiveness of mission
Who is on the selection committee?
The Missions Fund committee is comprised of a broad spectrum of Arapaho members, including members of varying ages, backgrounds and passions. Some have finance backgrounds, others have history with specific missions, but all have a heart for mission and advocacy and the desire for transformational giving.
Can I still give directly to my favorite mission?
We encourage you to give to the Missions Fund because our collective investment makes the greatest impact. If you would rather donate to a mission of your choosing, we encourage you to donate to them directly.
