Childcare

The AUMC Childcare team is happy to provide a safe, caring, and nurturing environment for your children while you enjoy Sunday School, Sunday worship services, church meetings and other church activities.

Sunday Mornings
Our Sunday morning childcare program provides childcare for all children ages 6 months-2 yearsduring Sunday School. Kids aged 2+ years have their own Sunday School classes. Lap activity binders are available for children ages 6-10 who attend worship services. Look for the age-appropriate Lap activity binder baskets just outside the sanctuary.

Other Childcare Available
Childcare is available by 48-hour advanced registration for any church sponsored activity, such as committee meetings, Bible studies, choir practice, etc. 

For Your Child's Safety
All staff members have passed criminal background checks, attained Ministry Safe and CPR certifications, and have many years of experience working with children. If you have any questions regarding the program or need assistance checking your children into childcare, please ask our childcare personnel. You may also download a copy of our Ministry Safe Policies and Procedures Manual.  Each child age 6 months-Kindergarten must be registered by parents/guardians using one of three iPad kiosks located throughout the church. Once registered, an identification sticker can be printed and each child must wear the ID sticker while in our care. Parents will receive a stub to provide to the childcare team member upon pickup. We look forward to sharing and exploring God’s love with your children here at Arapaho.
